By placing an order with Grainvo Core, the customer agrees to our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To ensure fairness and to protect both the customer and the brand, the following conditions apply:

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Customers must record a complete, continuous unboxing video starting from receiving the package until the product is fully opened.

  • The video must clearly show the parcel, shipping label, outer packaging, seal condition, and product condition.

  • This helps us verify any damage, missing items, or wrong product issues.

  • Returns or refund requests without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

This policy protects genuine customers and prevents fraudulent claims.


2. Return Conditions

A return will be accepted only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • The required unboxing video is submitted.

  • The product is safely shipped back to us by the customer.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and update you on the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product received

  • Transit damage

All exchange requests must include the mandatory unboxing video.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without unboxing video proof

  • Used or customer-damaged products

  • Sale or discounted items (if specified)
